Portland Yacht Services “PYS Top Finisher” Program

Portland Yacht Services “PYS Top Finisher” program is here for the 2012 Tournament season.  Sign up and receive a decal, place that decal on your boat windshield, fish a sanctioned tournament and if you win Portland Yacht will write you a check for an additional $50.00.  Please see details below:

Official Qualifying Guidelines, Rules, and Conditions

• Win shall be defined as “first place”.
• Payments will be awarded only to single overall winner of an Event.
• Only one Payment will be paid to the owner of the boat registered anglers are fishing from.
• If winning team has not registered for the PYS Top Finisher Program the winnings will roll over to the next sanctioned event held by The Maine Bass Challenge.
• Only Wins of those Paying Events posted on www.mainebasschallenge.com or www.portlandyacht.com  are eligible for payments.
• PYS Team members are eligible for this Program.
• Registered owner’s name and winner must be the same name on program registration at the time of Win.
• Must display “PYS Top Finisher” Program decal on driver’s windshield/console of boat you are fishing from.
• Tournament Finish Affidavit forms must be submitted within 30-days of tournament Win for eligibility review and qualification incentive.
• The winning PYS “Top Finisher” registered individual is responsible for verifying by photo taken at tournament.  Tournament Staff will submit photos to PYS.
• PYS reserves the right to enhance, change, alter, modify or terminate the PYS program at its sole discretion at any time.
• Income and other taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Winning Individuals agree to allow MBC and PYS to use their name and photos in all forms and media for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes.
• To be eligible for incentives you must register prior to participating in a “PYS Top Finisher” Paying Event.
• Mail registration to PYS or bring to MBC event and register for th eprogram when you register for the tournament.
• All prizes must be picked up in person at Portland Yacht Services: Portland Yacht Services, 58 Fore Street, Portland, ME 04101
